Target Audience
This activity is designed for board certified pediatric urologists where their practice is >75% pediatric patients with urologic concerns, pediatric urology nurse practitioners and nurses who work in pediatric urology offices, adult urologists who also see and care for pediatric patients. Other trainees include pediatric urology fellows who will be joining the workforce in pediatric urology as well as urology residents and medical students who will care for these patients over time.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity learners will be able to:
- Describe a variety of ways to integrate advanced practice providers into pediatric urology practice
- Describe evolving medical and surgical management in pediatric urologic oncology
- Discuss strategies to improve population health in pediatric urology, including implementation of quality improvement programs
- Explain threats to physician mental health and mitigation strategies
- Discuss optimization of surgical education in pediatric urology and implementation of lifelong surgical training
- Present emerging updates on pediatric urology care through peer-reviewed scientific abstract sessions.

Cine-Med is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
